Placed it on a table, it wobbles a bit.

Time to take it to the store right?

Do I need to make an appointment and all that jazz?

Does it function otherwise?

You'll defintely need to make an appointment if you want to see a genius. But I have my doubts that some wobble alone will warrant a swap.

no way did I just drop 1,300 for a wobbly machine... It must be swapped or they better fix it... I am on this thing all day for work and CANT have a wobbly machine

An Apple Store might try to adjust it but they will do nothing else for you. I would call Apple Care and see if they will exchange it for another computer or you'll have to send it in and go through repairing it. The retail stores do not have refurbished computers.
