So, I hesitated and missed out on scooping up one of the refurbished 3rd generation 16gb ipads for $379 from apple. They both show out of stock. Do you think there is a chance they will come back into stock sometime in the next few weeks?

They will definitely be in stock once over the next few weeks and beyond, it all depends if you're checking the site while they are available. :(

OK. I will keep checking. Does anyone know what time of day Apple refreshes their products on the site?

Use the refurbe.me site. It will send you email alerts when new stock is available. There are also other websites and ways of monitoring stock. Chrome and Firefox browsers have extensions that monitor websites for you.

Download and install the extension called page monitor. Unless your constantly using the chrome browser you wont get alerted right away. I suggest refurb.me website for a quicker email alert.
