Refurbished iPad 1?

Howdy Folks,
My mom wants an iPad, for basic web browsing etc. Anyone suggestions on where to buy an iPad 1 refurbished on a budget? I know Apple was selling them for $299 a while back, but they are out now. So I figure I should be able to get one cheaper elsewhere... Any suggestions?
