Apple is now selling refurbished iPhone 6s Plus 32GB for $469. Is it a good phone at that price in today's world? Are Apple's refurbished phones almost as good as new?

$100 off compared to new pricing, but it’s still a 2 year old model and so there should be a good range of used devices around.

Doesn’t seem too good a deal to me.

Yes, their refurbs are real good. Brand new battery and outer casing. You cant tell from new, and you get a warranty as of new. Its great.
You get a new battery that hasnt been fatiqued for years, warrwnty, its a good no risk option.

The 6S is a decent buy, the 6 became slow due to handicapped ram. But 6s got soubled upto 2gb. It should have decent legs over next couple updates. My wife's SE with same spec runs ios11 without a hitch,

get yourself a brand new SE instead it'll be cheaper and just as good
Old school size screen isnt for some people.

I would avoid a 6s. 7 or higher is what I would recommend. 7 has a lot of nice upgrades.

This would be a good deal for someone who wants to buy from a reputable dealer a like new with warranty large screen iphone with a headphone jack, but doesn't need much storage on the device or care about having the latest processor.
