Refurbished: Is everything new? Acc. & Case?

I was wondering if I buy a refurbished iMac if it will come like new or is there a possibility it could be knicked up and with used keyboard, mouse, etc?

there is a small possibility that it could come with a scratch etc. but very small as anything major would've been replaced. they don't replace everything for refurbs, just the problems.

that said i don't think i've ever heard of a huge issue with the refurbs, and i know that my refurbed imac G5 came flawless.

most refurbs come in a brown box rather than the regular packaging. but they're packed just as well.
