Refurbished MacBooks

Hey there
I was thinking about getting refurbished aluminium 2.4 one
you guys ever purchased a refurbished one ?
any bad experience ?

Refurbished Macs are great.

88% of them arrive problem free. The battery, outer shell, and defective part is replaced before put on the refurb store; they're great.

Not sure about the MacBooks, but we purchased a refurb iMac 18 months ago. It arrived in pristine condition, and has worked flawlessly for us ever since. The only difference between it and a new one was that it arrived in plain cardboard packaging, rather than in the regular Apple packaging.
