Refurbished March 2015 rMBP

I'm considering this: http://www.apple.com/shop/product/G...-27ghz-dual-core-intel-i5-with-retina-display

I want to understand if this is the same exact specification as I would receive ordering brand new from Apple. According to their live support nothing has changed since March, but I've also seen a couple of articles suggesting otherwise - can anyone clarify for me?

Also, is there likely to be any major upgrades to the rMBPs in the coming months?

This is the same model as if you purchased new from Apple.

It is possible we would see an upgrade to the Skylake processor. However, there is a better chance it come early 2016 instead of late 2015.
