I just got a refurbished MacBook, and I only get about 3-3.5 hours of battery life (even if I have my display turned all the way down, and Airport off). Is this normal, or does it have something to do with the fact that it's refurbished? If the latter, do you think I can get Apple to replace the battery? Thanks.

In System Profiler, click on Power under Hardware. What does it say for Full Charge Capacity? A new one is 5200.

Yeah mine is 5259, I guess keeping the MB plugged in all the time doesn't negatively affect the battery.

No. Thats like 95%. If you try calibrating the battery ala Apples guidelines you may bump it up a bit but 95% is still good.
