Refurbished without boot CD?

Hey,

I have to send a refurb mac back because of a problem with one key, but when I tried to clear my hard drive I realized I don't have a boot CD. I don't want to send this back before I clear my hard drive...

The new refurb that I ordered already got here and it doesn't have a CD either. Do refurbs not come with them?

If the Mac comes with Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, then there are no grey Restore DVDs included.
