been looking at refurb'd 13's in the UK store in case the 2012 doesn't make me smile,... anyway, there are 2 13" pro's, same spec, same year. but one is cheaper than the other by about £70. they dont give any info as to whether its got a big glaring stratch or anything cosmetically wrong so why would it be cheaper by £170?

    little confused

    i5 vs i7?

Generally there is little to no cosmetic damage to Apple refurbished machines.

Looks like the cheaper one has a 500GB hard drive and the more expensive one has a 750GB hard drive.

Just looked for you. One has a 500 gb hard drive, the other has a 750 gb hard drive.

    EDIT: Beat to it.

I'd get the less expensive and upgrade to SSD yourself :)
