Former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafilk Hariri was assasinated Monday in a Beirut bombing, as I'm sure most people realize. What bothers me, though, is that less than two hours after the event, Fox News was showing a special on "valentine's day cheaters," CBS was covering a story regarding presidential pets. As generally informed people (after all, we use mac's ) I was curious as to your ideas. Should we/will we mess with Syria if it's found responsible? Should the U.S. help flush the Syrian military out of Lebanon? My roommate/best friend is an international student who lives in Lebanon, and so he was quite perturbed at the general indifference to the matter. Now the U.S. has recalled its Syrian ambassador, and I'm left to wonder... what next?
