Regarding dirt cheap eBay optibays

Are they trouble free? What is the difference between the indecently priced 99+$ MCE Optibay and this one http://u.nu/3nzw9 from eBay for example?
Any performance difference?

there is no "real" difference. but there is a external enclosure in the 99$ package of the optibay... but you can also get an slim enclosure for another 25$ and you will be fine

BestBuy sells an external slim laptop DVD burner for $49 which you can find 10% off coupons for, so the "enclosure" the $99 ones come with is a rip.
