Regarding Music- song “not available in your region”

So I have a CD… like a physical copy of the CD I want to put on my phone. There are some songs that are coming up with an erro on my phone.

I’ve played the whole album numerous times on a cd player… but it won’t play on my phone and gives the erro that the song is not available in my region?
