Registered DIMMs not running at 1333?

Maybe I'm not searching hard enough but I am unsure why my newly installed ram is not running at 1333mhz instead of 1066.

I have dual Xeon X5680's installed, and am flashed to a 5,1 on my 4,1 w/ ROM 138

Am I missing something here?

You forgot to carry out a PRAM reset.

That did it. Well I feel stupid now because I read about that. Thanks guys.
