Before leaving on vacation, I forgot to sign up for 3G (iPad 1) for the first time. Now I try and the sign up panel rejects my card or address or something. In iTunes, I have always clicked the "Register Later" button when connecting the iPad, so I thought maybe AT&T was not liking the missing registration, but when I went to apple.com, they listed my serial number as already having been registered. Would that be from when I bought it (at Best Buy)? Is there a way to register without using a computer? Or is the registration irrelevant to the carrier?
