Is there any correlation to a RAM upgrade or installing a new driver?

This line: com.apple.filesystems.smbfs suggests there is a problem with a drive of some sort. Do you have any external drives or network drives connected. If so, disconnect them and see if the problem continues.

If you don't have external or network drives, or if the problem persists with them disconnected, boot into the restore partition and run Repair Disk on your internal drive.

This is not my imac. I gave it to solve this problem, then repeat the scenario of daily use for the acknowledgment is not received. so used in the office, network resources, printers and audio conferences on Microsoft Lync.

I would try running repair disk on the internal drive first. If that doesn't solve the problem, it may be related to a driver for an external or network drive.
