reinstall basic original application 3gs 312

some how my iphone screwed up and now i can not locate neither the icons for the applications themself (dialer,mail,appstore,ipod,google)..is there a way to reinstall these original apple apps back to the iphone without restoring
by ssh and reinsert them back to the application folder ?
