Reinstall Deleted App?

Can anyone tell me how to reinstall an app that I deleted from the Iphone? It's there in Itunes but I don't know how to get it back on the Iphone.

Download it again thru the appstore or sync it thru itunes on your computer.

Additionally, you won't be charged again if it was a paid app - even though it says 'purchase now'

Connect your iPhone via USB.
Start iTunes and select the Applications panel for your device.
Make sure the application you want to re-install is selected in the "Sync Applications:" section.
Click "Apply".
