Reinstall Leopard on Mac Pro

I've been having some problems with software and wanted to do an erase and reinstall of Mac OS X on my Mac Pro. I just wanted to check that if I do this, I will NOT loose the information stored on the second internal drive in the Mac Pro, that I use to keep video files on.

That's correct. An erase and install will only affect the drive/partition to which you're installing.
