Reinstall Lion once ML comes

How would one reinstall Lion over ML if things are quite ready compatility wise after it is launched?

Does Lion show up as an app in the MAS? What about ML? Not having a restore dvd makes this a new thing for me

The install from the recovery partition right? Will that option be there if on ML and trying to restore back to Lion? As in there will be an option to install Lion or ML?
