Reinstall OS X w/o Drivers languages etc...

I just got my Macbook and was wanting to know how to reinstall OS X without the printer drivers, extra languages and garage band etc... 😕
 
You should just be able to insert your OS X install disc, open it up, and the computer will do the rest.
