Reinstall Safari

I use ibook 10.3.9 and I'v lost Safari when replaced it with Firefox.I can't reinstall Safari back.Skype does't work either.Can someone help please?

By the way, with problems of this sort, it would be helpful if you provided a little more detail. What OS you're running, at least.

You could also do it using the original install discs. Just put in the DVD/CD and choose to install custom packages.

Yes I did but I don't find safari in to it!
