iPad Reinstalling Cydia through SSH permission problem

I'm trying to reinstall cydia through ssh, i downloaded ssh terminal and the latest cydia.deb file. I ssh'd it into my ipad and tried to install it using ifile. At first i got a problem saying that the dpkg file was missing. This was because i previously deleted it by accident. I found the proper dpkg file and reinstalled it into my ipad but now i get this when i put the command to install:
dpkg -i /cydia.deb
sh: usr/bin/dpkg: Permission denied
Finished with Result Code: 32256


Please HELP!!
