I want to reinstall Mountain Lion on my early 2011 MBP but the only way to reinstall it apparently is by downloading it from Apple's servers after I boot up from the recovery section of my computer. Thing is that the internet where I live (Ghana) is very sporadic and cuts out randomly so I constantly get errors downloading such a huge file.

I wanted to know if there was any way I could download a version of Mountain Lion on my desktop (PC) so I could use a download manager to deal with the frequent cuts in internet. I also wanted to know if I can then put this on an external flash drive and use it to install Mountain Lion on my MBP?

    Thanks guys!

Never mind guys. I ended up torrenting the .dmg file for Mountain Lion (Which is okay since I've already bought it right?) and mounting to a flash drive with the trial version of TransMac. Booting from it and installing ML went smoothly. :D
