Rejailbreak new os help; please

I'm on a jail broken 3G iPad running 3.2. I want to upgrade the software. It used to be easy, I simply went to jailbreak me.com and hit a button. Things appear to change. What is the best method for me to upgrade and then jb the newest OS? Thanks

However, be aware that this is a tethered jailbreak. Make sure you understand what that means before you do anything.
