I think it's very clear that something has gone awfully wrong with the 7th series. There isn't much new in it, it even uses the same chipset as the 6. Those leaks we saw were on the money and something happened between release and final production.


It doesn't. It uses the same CPU but other components of the SOC are changed.
 
is it possible apple watch 7 could fix a few problems before releasing it to customers? maybe not the design but like the processor. maybe it ships out late october early november? enough time to fix kinks and few other things? even if people don't like the same design the bigger screen is a plus.

Obviously. If Apple didn’t encounter any problems, the S7 would be released according to the usual schedule.
That having said, I rather have Apple solve issues (any organisation for that matter) before releasing a faulty product. A faulty products does more harm than having to wait a few extra months.

Edit: I do believe Apple could be taking some extra time to include some new features. However, this seems far less likely than the abovementioned.

if they fix and add some new features, i'd be willing to wait a month or two and go to the store and buy it.
