release date?

hi,
was a release date annouced for the ipad? also i'm guessing i can take one and use it overseas, atleast the wifi only one, did they say if the 3g is going to be locked to at&t, so i won't be able to use 3g overseas, unless i turned it off?

Wifi version - Late March
Wifi + 3G version - Late April

The wifi + 3G version is unlocked.

Wifi version in 60 days from January 27th, 3G version in 90 days.
60 days are approx. 1/6 of a year. A year has 12 months, so I would assume it comes in 2 months (12/6).
The same goes for 90 days (12/4) ->> 3 months.
