ill upload psd when im back in the office monday
its basically, a 1 px drop shadow of white, a light blue overlay of colour then a dark blue inner shadow of 1px with a 2px fade... took a while to make it look like the apple icons and its not perfect but nearly there

You are in the wrong directory mate. I changed mine in private -> var -> mobile -> Library -> Carrier Bundle.bundle. Then I had to change the file names to Default_CARRIER_O2-UK@2x.png and FSO_CARRIER_O2-UK@2x.png. Hope that helps.I cant seem to get this working

Used to have this working in 4.01 jb but now doesnt seem to work after jb 4.1.

Couldn't get it working at all for 4.1

Only way I got it was working was..
Download i4 o2 carrier logo from cydia
That changes it but the image and colour look terrible
Navigate to themes folder, look for i4 carrier
Just replace the files with the ones in post 1
Respring and it will come up.

Which themes folder do i need to replace the files? I installed i4 o2 carrier logo and it works but it doesnt show up in Library>Themes folder , and not in winterboard either. Then I tried var>mobile>library>carrierbundle and copied the files in there too but still not working.
Edit: Figured it out , had to replace the pngs in System>library>carrier bundles>O2Uk bundle
**actually no need to even install the i4 o2 carrier logo, just copy the files into the folder and respring.
