Relocate Library to second hard drive?

I just got my second hard drive installed in my optical bay, and I was wondering how I relocate all my "scratch" to the second hard drive while keeping it linked to the applications on the primary SSD.

Particularly, I want to move my itunes library and my iphoto library, and anything else I can while maintaining native functionality.

iTunes: Preferences, Advanced, Change the media folder location to one on your external HD. If, when you click ok in Preferences it doesn't offer to move everything, choose File, Library, Organise Library.

iPhoto: Copy the iPhoto Library file to your external HD. Hold down the Alt/Option key when you launch iPhoto, then choose the one on your external HD.
