Remap keys for 1 keybord

Hi there,

little problem with my Cordless Desktop Keybord from Logitech:
The option and Command buttons are (like on any many windows keybords) exchanged (if you compare it to my macbook keybord)

As I hate to constantly hit the wrong button I want to remap these... and I previously did this with the logitech software (though, because this is crappy buggy stuff after re-installing os x I don't want to reinstall this).

Now... i could use the OS X remap in keybord layout-tool... but this will also change the layout on the macbook itself...

Are there any ways (like for example an extention to http://www.macosxhints.com/article.php?story=20060825072451882 ) so I can remap only my logitech usb-keyboard?

p.s. No, i really like this keybord because it's rsi friendly so please don't advise to buy new one

actually on second thought im not sure that'll work on a macbook...

Or you can do a hack of sorts and create a new keyboard layout (ie with http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page.php?site_id=nrsi&item_id=ukelele ) and then switch layouts with a keyboard command every time you want to use it.
