The US one still has problems! Haha, what's it sending? It looks like it's already sent, and what's the little semi bubble above the MMS button?
there are no problems on the US one. in 3.0 the message goes into the conversation while it's sending. and the bubble above the camera button is part of the conversation that is hidden because it's been scrolled up, what's wrong with that?
