Remember to backup before jailbreaking

I forgot to, and my last backup was from july 16th, I've stupidly lost 15 days of valuable notes. So even though its so simple to just jailbreak from your safari browser, you should still connect it to your computer and back it up just in case.

Right click on your iPhone in iTunes under devices, and click backup.

Thanks! I never new that after all this time. So its safe to do regular backups of my phone yes? (once a week) also where does the backup file get saved?
