iPhone X Reminder app with alarm even if the iPhone on a silent mode ?

Sometime I put my iPhone X on a mute (silent mode).

Is there a reminder app (paid or free) that its alarm goes off even when the iPhone on the (mute) silent mode?

Third party apps can’t override system settings on iOS. But you can just put an alarm instead of reminder. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
