Reminders + Calendar (does not work with Focus mode)

Does anyone have an issue where you have FOCUS mode on, and when you go to calendar, you do not see reminders integrated ?

only when you turn off focus, then the reminders appear ?

I go to focus mode setting and I don't see anyway I can 'add' reminders to the Focus setting -

am I missing something here, or is this a bug ?
