Reminders glitch

Anyone know what this is. At the top of my reminders is just a bunch of random numbers and letters and I can't delete it.

Sounds like that's the name of a reminders list from some account you have. You should be able to change it by tapping the Edit button and then tapping on that name of the list.

How do I delete it? I try and it keeps coming back.
