hey all, does anyone know i can access Reminders i create on my iPod Touch from my Mac/PC?

Use the reminder app on your mac
If you are not on Mountain Lion or have a PC, go to iCloud.com

On a Windows computer, if you have Outlook installed, Reminders will appear under the Tasks section. Source.
