iPhone 7/Plus Reminders not showing notifications

Hey all,

If I create a reminder in the reminders app, I'm not getting a chime at the time of the requested reminder. My notifications are indeed turned on and I've followed the following troubleshooting steps:

I'm running an iPhone 7 with ISO 13.3.

Go to Settings>Notifications >Reminders and make sure everything is turned on. Also make sure the mute button isn't turned on

Checked both, still not functioning. The notification goes red when it's past the date, but no actual alert.

I'm not sure if this info helps or not, but the notifications DO show up on my mac when I put them in my phone, but just not on the phone itself.
