Reminders not working on Watch

I'm having an issue with reminders not working on my apple watch ultra. I tell it to remind me of something, then it never does on the watch, or my phone, but will on my mac. I've checked the settings and reminders are enabled. Not sure what else to do. I'm runing watchOS 9.1, iOS 16.1.1. Any suggestions?

I had the same issue before. It was my second apple watch (for sleep tracking) that kept changing the settings for reminders.
