Apps Reminders via Siri not working

Any time I try creating a reminder via Siri on the Watch and it always says it can't create it. I've tried turning Siri off and back on, but no luck.

Any time I try creating a reminder via Siri on the Watch and it always says it can't create it. I've tried turning Siri off and back on, but no luck.

I've had various siri problems with the AW and that has probably been one of them, when I do I force restart the iPhone (hold home and sleep buttons until it restarts) and force restart the watch (hold side button and press crown until apple logo comes up also). I've tried just resetting one or the other, and continue having problems with siri until both are reset. Good luck.

Only way I fixed it was to reset both watch and phone.
