Reminders

Can someone recommend a decent reminders app for Android as I am struggling to find a good one.

I have been using Google tasks but I don't want one that is integrated with Google calendar.

If you have a Samsung device, its first party “Reminders” app is a phenomenal option. Microsoft to-do is another solid one.

Microsoft To-Do is great for a freebie
TickTick is very good too and has a premium offering if you want it to do more.
I also like 2Do, but only because I got it so long ago that it's more nostalgia-like than anything to do with its feature set.
