I've found an odd artifact of my old jailbreak. I used SBSettings when I had a jailbroken iPhone 4. One of the tweaks I used was the numerical wifi signal strength. I then upgraded to an iPhone 5 with 6.1.4, which is obviously not jailbroken. I restored my jailbroken backup of my iPhone 4 with iOS 6.1 to my iPhone 5 with 6.1.4.

I've noticed that the numerical wifi number is still there (not that I have a problem with it). Even as I upgraded to the iOS 7 beta. To be honest, I do not mind it, but just sharing this.

In some apps, such as mail in certain screens, it returns to a wifi symbol.

Anyone else notice this?

happens when you restore from backup and don't restore as new. Since you said you don't mind then enjoy!
