Remote access for iPad

I know there's a lot of programs I can install on the iPad to remote access other computers, but is there an app I can install so I can remote access another iPad?? TIA

Almost certainly that would break the sandbox rules for iOS apps so if there's any chance you could do that it would have to be on a jail broken iPad.

Veency through Cydia (requires jailbreak) installs a VNC server on your iPad.
