at my wits end (in Australia)
I have an iMac running Fusion with XP, I need to access XP (and the iMac) remotely from my Macbook. Will Remote Desktop work with Fusion? Is this the easiest/best option? Thanks in advance guys.

Yes, but my advise (to save you headaches) is to:

1. In the VM (Windows) change the network settings to "Bridged" with the VM not started.

2. Boot Windows, change it's IP address from using DHCP to using a fixed IP address in your same network. Then enable Remote Sharing/Control in Windows.

3. Now when you launch "Remote Desktop" configure the settings to use the Windows fixed IP that you set. You can then save the settings as a document and launch Remote Desktop using that document. It should connect automatically.
