Remote access to specific applications

Hi Guys,

Not sure if this is the correct section to post this query in so apologies if not.....

I'm wondering if there is a way/piece of software out there that will let me give access to certain applications on my iMac to a remote user?

I know about remote desktop apps such as LogMeIn etc but I only want to allow access and use to specific apps.Essentially I want to give an employee who works from home access to one or two certain apps only on my machine without allowing her free reign to all apps/files on my system.

Any suggestions?
