Remote cam app needed

Need an app that will let me use spare iPhones camera and display on another.
The host camera would be on wifi, the client on a different network / or cellular.

There are baby monitors on the App Store that can utilise a spare phone but the live camera apps don't specify iPhones only IP cameras!
