Remote fails with iTunes 11.1 beta (for me)

Remote is failing for me.

Ios7 gm
iTunes 11.1 beta 2

Whenever I pick something from tv shows it selects the first show (in my case The Addams Family season 1 episode 1)

I'm sure it's the beta, just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this.
