Remote hard drive

Hi, I currently use air video server to stream my movies from my Mac mini (Media Centre) while I'm away. I can access my movie on my mac air while on the same network but i was wondering if they is any programs that will let me make a folder on my mac mini accessible while I'm out (remote wifi)
