Doesn't appear to be paired with a remote as the option wasn't highlighted.

K kolax macrumors G3 Mar 20, 2007 9,181 115 Apr 5, 2007 #4 Go to System Prefs - Security and click "Unpair" remote. Then hold down the Menu and Play buttons on the remote for 5 secs or so. Should repair them again.

I guess i'll give apple a call later today and see what they will do for me.
