Good morning All,

Can an iMac be remotely started ?

With my former Win box I was able to trigger the Ethernet Card to start the PC then VNC into the PC from my work office.

Can the same be achieved with Mac?

Fritzables.

I don't mean to be rude but it's pretty much the same way via vnc but for macs it's wake on sleep lol,

Haha no worries . Yeah as far as I know macs don't have the power on circuit via Ethernet, but they can wake on sleep and tbh there's no difference with Mac as sleep uses little to no power anyways..

Edit: here I did some digging for you and found this, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3774

Hope it helps
