Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to control a Mac from another mac other than using apple remote desktop (or whatever its called).

Thanks,
EJBasile

You can do this but you need to buy the remote desktop admin program, which is the program you need to connect. The client is built into 10.3. You can also do connect through the terminal, this is not a GUI and you can not do as much but you can still do things like restart the remoter computer.

remote desktop is based on VNC - its free 😀

lots of different versions about round the place - tightvnc seems better for slow connections. google vnc.
